Avant Homes Central has commenced construction of a new 拢47m ($57.6m) multitenure housing development in Somercotes, near Alfreton, in the UK.聽

The project, named Seely Fields, is situated off Birchwood Lane and spans 20 acres.  

It is set to offer 200 homes, all designed with practicality and energy efficiency in mind.聽

The Seely Fields development will showcase 16 different house types from Avant Homes’ portfolio.  

The company revealed that 30% of the 200 homes will be allocated as affordable housing.

The company intends to release the first homes for sale at Seely Fields in June, with the initial group of residents expected to move in early 2025.

Last month, the company acquired a 22-acre site at Pleasley Hill Farm, Mansfield, for an undisclosed amount.   

It intends to construct 396 homes that feature between two and four bedrooms, subject to planning approval.
