Cayan Group, a real estate investment and development company, has announced a partnership with NEOM for a second Hampton by Hilton hotel in Saudi Arabia.  

Encompassing 26,500km虏, NEOM is a gigaproject being built on the Red Sea in the north-west part of the country.聽聽

With construction anticipated to commence shortly, the Hilton-managed hotel is set to open at the beginning of 2025.聽聽

This project marks the second hotel at NEOM to be entirely financed by the private sector. In March this year, Cayan and Hilton opened the first Hampton by Hilton hotel in Saudi Arabia. 

The hotel’s design will focus on sustainability, incorporating flexible construction methods and energy-efficient systems.聽聽

This approach aligns with NEOM’s vision of a new model for sustainable living.
