The renovation entails the creation of聽194,000ft虏聽of Grade A office space, 3,592ft虏聽of retail areas, and a 4,000ft虏聽terrace.聽
Prioritising circularity, the redevelopment is designed to retain the existing structure, targeting a 95% reuse, recovery, and recycling rate for construction waste.

The latest project represents one of seven ongoing construction projects within the Fleet Street Area.

Construction on the site has already started, with completion anticipated in the first quarter (Q1) of 2026.聽聽
