Cullinan Holdings’ co-founders David Blum and Connie Lefkowitz have made a strategic investment to acquire majority control and interest in House of Design Robotics.

The investment by Cullinan was driven by the company’s plan to establish a new automated factory in the Northeast US and support the new industry’s product development.

The partnership aligns with Cullinan’s strategic interests in the real estate development, hospitality, and medical sectors.

With the backing of Cullinan, House of Design Robotics seeks to advance the use of automation and robotics in the off-site construction sector while tackling the global affordable housing crisis.

Blum said: “This is more than a business transaction; it is a testament to Cullinan Holdings’ dedication to spearheading industry-defining robotic solutions.
