Morgan Sindall Construction’s Eastern Counties business has secured a position on Norfolk County Council’s (NCC) Major Construction Works Framework in the UK.
The framework, aimed at meeting the region’s construction needs, will initially run for three years. The latest framework is divided into three lots.
Meanwhile, the preceding framework agreements lapsed in September last year.
Morgan Sindall has been appointed to Lot 2 of the framework, which encompasses larger and more complex projects.
This lot includes a variety of refurbishments, remodelling, and new-build projects, each valued at more than 拢4.5m聽($5.57m).聽聽
The cumulative value of projects within this lot is estimated to reach 拢300m over the framework’s duration.

Sindall is collaborating with NCC on the restoration of Norwich Castle, which is anticipated to reopen later this year.聽
In addition, it is in partnership with Great Yarmouth Borough Council working on a聽拢17m聽regeneration project at Great Yarmouth鈥檚 Market Place.聽
The project entails transforming the former Palmers department store into a new public library and university learning centre, named The Place.
Furthermore, Sindall is delivering a new 拢25m聽Community Diagnostic Centre in collaboration with the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals National Health Service Foundation Trust.聽聽
